Boat Cruiser Co Security Deposit Policy
PLEASE READ THE SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY CAREFULLY
Boat Cruiser requires a security deposit before you charter any of our vessels. A security deposit is not required for Tours. The deposit amount is collected in full before the start of the charter. For instant book trips, this will be collected when you complete checkout. For other vessels, it will be charged when Boat Cruiser approves the trip. If the deposit collection is unsuccessful, the trip will not be booked.
If a security deposit is required, you’ll be notified before you checkout.
This deposit will be refunded 48 hours after the return of the vessel in the condition that it was received. The security deposit will be refunded if the trip is canceled according to our cancelation policy. Depending on your bank and the means of payment, it may take up to seven business days after we release the deposit for the funds to be available in your account. If a claim is reported during or within the first 48 hours of your trip, or if an incidental charge fails or is disputed by you, the return of the deposit will be handled by a Boat Cruiser Co. representative and may take longer to process the refund.
